Roviquo is operated by Yiwu Jiaowan Jewelry Co., Ltd.（义乌市娇琬饰品有限公司）, with its registered address at Room 502, 5th Floor, Building 2, No. 1022 Danxi North Road, Beiyuan Street, Yiwu City, Jinhua City, Zhejiang Province, 322000, China. Our US returns are handled through a designated processing center in Sun City, Arizona.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order if we suspect fraud, pricing errors, or other issues.

Shipping is available only to addresses within the contiguous United States. Delivery times are estimates only and begin after the order has been processed and shipped. We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs, weather, or other factors beyond our reasonable control.
